Principles of engagement
The market may seem chaotic, but the sale itself doesn't have to be.
I work transparently, with an emphasis on legal certainty and without unnecessary pressure. Every property has its story and every sale requires an individual approach.
For each property, I monitor three things:
- the actual condition and potential of the property
- its position on the market
- the quality of the buyer
Because not every inquirer is a real buyer
and not every property has the same sales strategy.
