Who am I?
My name is Anna Kozlova, and over the past two years I have completed dozens of real estate transactions in the Czech Republic.
However, my work is not about volume.
It is about clarity — making sure my client understands what they are doing and why.
I developed my approach in a market that was unstable and often unpredictable.
That environment taught me to see real estate not just as property, but as a system of risks, connections, and long-term consequences.
Today, I apply the same approach in the Czech market, where many issues still arise not from the property itself, but from a lack of clarity in the process.
What I focus on
I don't focus only on what is visible.
I focus on what influences the outcome.
I analyze three key areas:
the property, the market, and the buyer.
I review legal and technical aspects, real usability, and future potential.
I evaluate the property's position in the market and define a realistic sales strategy.
And I assess the quality of demand — because not every inquiry leads to a real transaction.
How I work
I don't see my client as someone who needs to be guided step by step.
I see them as a partner.
Someone who is willing to face reality and make informed decisions — even when it's not comfortable.
I respect my clients' boundaries and decisions.
At the same time, I communicate openly and honestly — even when the message is not easy.
I don't work under pressure or "at any cost."
I don't take on more clients than I can properly manage.
And I don't enter cooperation where I cannot deliver the level of work I stand behind.
My role is not just to sell a property.
My role is to keep the entire process under control —
so my client can make decisions with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
